"Export Acceleration" in the Moscow Region: From Training to Real Deals“
The 13th cohort of the acceleration program Export Acceleration has concluded in the Moscow Region. The results speak for themselves: two signed contracts with foreign partners and dozens of promising negotiations underway.

It marked the culmination of a three-month educational program tailored for regional businesses. From March 11, representatives of 13 companies enhanced their export competencies — covering topics from logistics to building communication with international counterparts.{/Text}{/container}
During the program, two companies have already signed real export contracts totaling over 2 million rubles. The products will be delivered to Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. Other participants continue negotiations with potential partners across the CIS and beyond.

The training was built on six modules covering key aspects of export operations: market selection, logistics, customs procedures, currency control, and working with international contracts. Participants didn’t just learn theory — they built practical export roadmaps tailored to their business specifics.
“When a company is just entering international markets, one mistake can cost dearly — time, money, reputation. This program helps businesses prepare and act consciously,”
emphasized Olga Shchegoleva, Executive Director of the Moscow Region International Trade Support Fund.
A key feature of the accelerator is mentorship. Experts from the Russian Export Center not only delivered training, but actively supported participants throughout the process: consulting between modules, helping to build go-to-market strategies, and tracking their progress.
