Before starting work, we will conduct a detailed analysis of the country: volume of imports/exports of the products of interest, availability of production, market conditions and competition.
This is important for preparing an offer when entering export, forming a negotiating position and understanding the potential.
When searching for a supplier at this stage, it is important to make sure that there are manufacturers of the products you need in the country, and, if necessary, direct the search for a supplier to the country where the purchase will be more profitable. A detailed analysis of the import/export procedure and certification is also carried out.
The next stage is preparing databases of potential suppliers/buyers. The portrait of the target buyer, the number of clients, the minimum batch of goods and other important conditions must be agreed with the customer before the start of work, then negotiations and contract preparation follow.
If the customer is an existing exporter, has passed certification and has experience, we often proceed straight to negotiations.
